With more time to settle into the bungee and explore all possibilities, you will get the most out of the bungee experience. The workout includes squats, burpees, push-ups, mountain climbers, jumps and more! The resistance of the bungee will make these well-known movements new and exciting, giving you a whole new experience with the three-dimensional space. We guarantee that the music and bungee will lift you up!

Requirement: minimum of 5 people

Dates: upon request (weekends only)

Language: English or Dutch

Location: Volendam ( Amsterdam area) or Barendrecht *(Rotterdam area) 

Time: upon request

Master instructor: Janneke van Amelsvoort or BSF® certified instructor team

Cost: €40 p.p. 1 hour – €50 p.p. 1,5 hour
NOTE: *Barendrecht only 1,5hr workshops
** Groups of 10< 1 hour workshop will be +/- 75 minutes.
